Confessions 2.24.16

It's Humpday again Ladies. Lets do this.

I confess...

○ That Disney was fun, but I am more excited times a thousand for my next trip.

○ Which is next week. Literally. ONE WEEK exact until my next trip!

○ I wish I could tell you where we are going but I want to keep it a secret until the day of.

○ I got into a car accident last week. I'm ok & it wasn't my fault. Some bitch lady (who we are not going to name call) was not paying attention to where she was going. I was going North Bound, she was going South but was making a left turn. She didn't stop. She didn't yield, and slammed right into my drivers door. I have the right of way and she should've yielded. She must have been on the phone or something because there's no way that she did not have enough time to stop!!

○ Now I'm in the process of dealing with adjusters and insurances and trying to get my door fixed, which doesn't close, and now I really want to punch her in the face because it's just another hassle that I do not need to deal with right now.

○ My birthday is in less than 3 months and we are already planning our next mini trip.

○ Traveling is going to be a big factor this year. I'm making sure of it.

○ I wish I could shove a stick up Google AdSense ass. It's practically impossible to talk to someone and try to get this application error fixed. I've been dealing with this crap for the last month and it doesn't look like my blog is going to get monetized by them any time soon. Any advice?

○ Chaz and I are on cloud 9 right now. With out upcoming trips and how amazing our relationship has been, it's literally like I am in heaven.

○ I am changing my blog soon. The name, the domain, the design. Everything. I can't wait until I finally have it set in stone. Stay posted.

○ I will be starting a "Blog Takeover" series on my blog soon. If anyone wants to join in on the fun where you can do a guest post please let me know & email me at whyyesyesii@gmail.com. I look forward to hearing from you!

Happy Humpday Ladies ♥

Disney Confessions

I know, I know... I've been going on Disney Overload. But what is a girl to do when she's so excited that in less than three days she's going to the happiest place on earth?! It only seemed right to only talk about Disney in this confessional.

I confess. . .

- That I am probably more excited than a six year olds first time in Disney. #sorrynotsorry

- I can't wait to take a picture with Ariel. #shesmygirlfriend

- I'm bummed that Chaz would rather stay at the house & be a Grinch than go see mickey. #youreameanonemrgrinch

- I'm taking $30 just so I can spend it only on sweets & deserts. #improbablytakingmore

- I hope that since it's off season and kids are back in school and it's the weekend after Valentines day, that it isn't horrible packed.

- I hope its not freezing and that it doesn't rain.

- I love that I am a Florida resident, because I get a huge discount and a deal when you non residents don't. #bejealous #FloGrown

- I secretly wish I was going to Hollywood Studios instead, but Magic Kingdom is ok too. #itsadrypark #hollywoodstudiosisnt #andtheyhavepizzaplanet #yumpizza

- I am most excited about getting my Disney desert.

- Caramel Apple and Cake Pops are at the top of my list. #icantwait

- I hope I don't spend all my money. I need to have a budget!

- I can't wait to go with the group we're going with. It's going to be sooo much fun!

Ohh and I'm linking up with all these pretty ladies down below. I've never done so many link ups at once. I feel like I'm cheating on each link up lol. Go and join in on the fun ♥

Confessions // 2.10.16

I confess . . .

- That I am so excited for the upcoming two trips that I am going to go on within the next three weeks. Vacations here I come.

- How happy I am that I finally found the charger to my really nice camera. I can finally take beautiful crisp HD pictures for my blog.

- I don't know where to start with my photography.

- Google AdSense is a pain in my ass. No I don't have multiple accounts. Please just fix my crap so I can make a little bit of mula. Thank you.

- I hate when people don't text or answer me back. I know you saw my text. You always have your phone on it. Being ignored is one of my biggest pet peeves especially when you're not doing it for any reason.

- I went to the gym yesterday for the first time in a month. Have you ever read my Confessions of a non gymmer?!

- I've been listening to non stop Big Band / Frank Sinatra style music all week.

- I confess that these confessions are a jumble of all over the placeness. oh well.

Happy hump Day Confessionals.

Friday Favorites // January

I never ever do this link up because my favorites are usually the same for every Friday. They don't change much and I figured I would bore a lot of you with the same favorites and likes all the time. I'm a woman of simple tastes lol. I do enjoy little questionnaires every once in a while though, so I figured I would join in on this link up at least at the end of every month. Sort of like a Monthly Favorites but totally not. Ohh by the way, I just hit 100 posts on my blog. Go check it out here! Also you can join in on the link up fun with Amanda

Favorite Song

Jojo - Say Love

I heard this song for the first time last week and it has been the only song I listen too over and over again.. It's on replay. I learned the chorus within the first 10 minutes of hearing it, and the hole song after listening to it for 3 days straight. Favorite song is an understatement. I have always been obsessed with Jojo, and I this just concreted my love for her. It's pretty old considering it's from last year, but I don't care. It's the greatest song everrrrrr. Plus the guy in the video is very very nice to look at (; Enjoy ladies.

Favorite Recipe

Definitely still my Chili Cheese Dip. You can get the recipe here.

Favorite Workout

Can I be honest and opt out of this one? I probably worked out once this month.

Favorite Post

I've been following Jasmine from "Classy Sassy and a Bit Smart Assy" for years now. She has amazing posts, and is a great friend. The post she did about Photo Editing Apps has really helped me with my editing skills. So go check that out. I'm also sponsoring her this month. You can check out the "Behind the Blog" Post she did about me here.

Favorite Purchase

I'm so proud of myself. I managed to handle my money this week and not spend anything. High fiving myself!

Favorite Funnies

How I dance when I dance randomly for everything

When my internet was taking forever this week

& how I'm going to look like tonight when I finally see babe after not seeing him for a whole week (;

LMAO to the last one! Go Get em tiger!

Now go join in on the fun ♥

20 January 2016

First Confessions of the year.

I confess // that I am in love with this cold winter weather in South Florida that we are having. I'm really digging the chilly breeze with the clear blue Skies and the sun shining. The "finally getting to wear sweaters and boots" is a huge plus too. I finally get to bring out cute outfits rather than shorts & sandals.

I confess // that I check my mailbox two - three times a day to see if any Happy Mail has come in. I've ordered from 20 different Etsy shops and I can't wait until everything has been delivered so I can finally do my Kate Spade Wellesley Planner post!

I confess // that you can never have too many bonfire and S'mores nights in one week, especially in this wintery weather. I had one yesterday with my sisters and I plan on having another one tonight with Chaz and his friends. I CAN'T WAIT. S'mores are the best thing invented in the entire planet.

I confess // That we're almost done with the first month of January and my New Year goals are already falling by the waist side. I need to stop being a fatty and go to the gym. Working out my jaw by chewing isn't making me stay skinny. I also need to stop splurging my $$$. I need to save SAVE SAVE.

I confess // I haven't changed my cracked phone screen because I have been too lazy and I don't want to spend dinero on it. I am getting pretty annoyed of not knowing if my selfies look good -.-

I confess // that I hope that my meeting today at 6 goes good. It would be a dream come true if it does happen. Shhh. Fingers crossed. No jinxing it.

I confess // I am super bummed that I am not going to Chili Cook off this year. This will be the first year in the last 3 that I am not going. I don't hang out with the same people from the previous years, and the people I do hang out with now, aren't going. So who am I going to go with?! Who knows, maybe the heavens will align and by some magic miracle, I do get to go... We'll see.

I confess // I am excited for Disney next month!!! I'm already looking at cute Minnie Ears to buy. I'm thinking either Little mermaid, or the Ursala octopus leg one. They have so many cute ones on Etsy.

Christmas Wishlist 2015

A Christmas wish list is exactly that. Wishes. I am not one to ask for anything for Christmas because I don't need anything. I am the hardest person to buy presents for because when you ask me what I would like, I flat out say I DON'T KNOW. I have everything my little heart desires. Loving family and friends who are healthy and happy, a wonderful relationship with an amazing boyfriend, and overall life. I am alive and healthy and happy. What more could I want?

I've been seeing all these wish lists, and I figured why not join in on the wishing fun. I am not expecting any of these gifts (Except for the life planner. I did ask Chaz for that). So anyways lets get in on the wishing party

1. Erin Condren Life Planner // I get myself one every year. Chaz is just taking over the life planner duties this year. I asked for the Vertical Style "Life in Square" planner. That way I can see exactly what I am thankful for everyday of the year.

2. Pizza Ingredients // I know, this is a very unique gift idea. If you knew me, you would know how much I love pizza and how I love making it even more. This would honestly be the best gift ever!

3. Turtle and/or Anchor Jewelry // Again if you knew me you would know that my favorite animal is the Sea Turtle/ Turtle and you would also know that I love the ocean. Turtles is a symbol of my relationship with Chaz. A Sea Turtle piece of Jewelry would be the cutest gift to remind me of our love. Also, I already have an anchor tattoo and an anchor bracelet. All I am missing is the Anchor Necklace and the Anchor earrings to match!

4. Silhouette Cameo Printer // If you are a Planner Addict just like me, you would know how important this printer is for Sticker making. I have plans for a future Etsy shop and this printer/ cutter would make that little Business so much easier. This is definitely one of those wishful thinking Items. It is very pricey, and I plan on purchasing it myself next year!

5. Gift Cards // Bass Pros, Mac Cosmetics, Victoria Secret, American Express, Olive Garden, etc. You can absolutely never go wrong with giftcards. They are the perfect gift. You can pick the store you want and go shopping for exactly what you would prefer rather than someone guessing the type of stuff you like!

6. Planner Supplies // Stickers, Washi Tape, Paper, Cutters. The list goes on and on. It's just like supplies for scrapbooking but ten times better because it's for a planner.

7. Money // Whenever family members ask what I want or need for Christmas, after the "I don't know" comes money. I'm in a part of my life that I realized that I need to start saving. So you can all contribute to my money saving ventures lol.

8. MacBook Pro Laptop // This is beyond wishful thinking. When asked for what I need and want for Christmas, I really need this. Now I'm not going to tell a family member or friend when they ask because a $1000 gift is ridiculous to ask for, but I really need this. I already stated saving up to buy it by next February.

and that's all I could come up with. See how lame of a gift asker I am. I'm better at the giving anyways.

Carnival Victory Day One.

I am so sad!! So sad that my vacation is over. So sad that, it went by so quick. So sad that I am back at work. Just overall Sad that I am not vacationing anymore. I should've just stayed hidden and kept cruising sneakily. No one would have noticed that I never got off the ship. Wishful thinking anyways. If you haven't seen the post on the whole cruise recap, click here.

The first day aboard the cruise was mostly just boarding the ship and setting sail. Boarding the cruise was probably the longest process of the whole vacation. We got to the port around 12:30 and didn't board until about 1:45. The check in took the longest. After waiting in line for what seemed like hours, we finally boarded the ship it was smooth sailing from then on (literally).

Chaz and my sisters boyfriend Leo have never been cruising so it was pretty cool that my sister and I got to share that first time experience with them. Our cabin (room) was on the first floor. Room 1219. I thought our room was going to be in a bad spot, but I actually prefer it from other rooms in previous cruises I've been to. I thought since we were towards the front of the ship, we would hear the engines the loudest. I also thought that since we were so far below the top deck (Deck 9) that it would take us forever and a day just to make it to the top. When in fact I was wrong about all those things. I rarely heard the engines at all throughout the vacation, the fact that we were so low compared to the other decks we always got the elevators first, and since we were so low we didn't feel the boat rocking as much as we would if we were on higher floors.

Carnival Victory Set Sail at 5 pm. It was absolutely beautiful because we had the Miami Sunset behind us and dark navy blue skies ahead. The minute we were on our way I bought my sister Kassandra and I our first Strawberry Daiquiri of the trip.  As the ship was leaving port we watched the sunset and enjoyed the beautiful view.

At night, we went to our scheduled dining. You have a few options when it comes to dining on a cruise. You can either schedule early (5 pm) dining or late (8 pm) dining. You can also forgo the scheduling and wait until everyone has been seated and once a spot opens up you will be seated. Or skip the fancy dining all together and stick the main buffets and pizza.

We chose late dining. The food is always 10 times better (Salmon, Shrimp, Duck, **THE MOST AMAZING BREAD YOU WILL HAVE IN YOUR ENTIRE LIFE**) plus it's just like a normal buffet where you can order as many plates as you want, except you don't have to get up once.

After dinner we went exploring. The guys played a little Casino games, and we went to the comedy show. We also played Mini Golf at the tippy top of the cruise at like 2 am. It was really windy, so the balls kept going all over the place. The boys won, but in my head I won lol. Overall it was a fun first day.

Stay tuned for the next post! We hit Key West, FL

Confessions of an Excited Cruiser!!

I confess that I am extremly excited that at this exact time tomorrow I will be on a cruise!

I confess that I still haven't completly finished packed everything yet.

I confess that someone asked me if I was pregnant because I was glowing.

I confess that I am glowing because today is my Friday and I am GOING ON A FREAKING CRUISE TOMORROWWWW!!

I confess that I am absolutely in love with two of my outfits for the cruise.

I confess that I spent more money on shopping for this 5 day trip than any other vacation before.

I confess that I plan on perfecting my lipstick before tomorrow so I don't look like a hot mess.

I confess that I am taking Chaz's cruise virginity. He has never been on one.

I confess that we plan on sneaking in booze and hope it all goes through.

I confess that with all this booze we are sneaking in we plan on getting shwastedddd.

I confess that I am taking my go pro and plan on getting the sickest pictures imaginable.

I confess that I plan on doing so many cruise posts when I get back.

I confess that I AM GOING ON A CRUISEEEEEEEE!

Oh and I confess that today Chaz and I have been together for 9 months ♥

Happy Hump Day (:

19 October 2015

Weekending.

Happy Monday! It's chilly, well windy, and not sunny in sunny South Florida. That means fall is finally making it's way down to these parts. Only 13 Days until Halloween. That means 13 nights of Halloween is starting tonight on ABC Family. Hocus Pocus is finally going to be on TV. Finally! Only 16 days until my Cruise Vacation for my little sisters birthday!! So many awesome things to look forward to.

This weekend was definitely more on the relaxing side. I didn't do anything on Friday. The usual. Netflix and Pizza. Hey I'm not complaining. Favorite parts of my weekend include Netflix and Pizza. Chaz worked that night and I had to be up really early to work Saturday Morning. I was out cold by 9 pm.

Saturday
I worked in the morning and headed over to Chaz's house in the afternoon. We ended up going to the Mall and did a little cruise shopping. He did most of the shopping. I bought makeup & sunglasses.

Chaz wanted to go for the Australian look for the cruise. He nailed it.

The Raphael Ninja Turtle is our thing

They had a popcorn stand at the mall. We couldn't resist. Fresh Chocolate drizzled Caramel Popcorn! YUM.

After a long day of shopping we got some well needed massages

At night we stayed home. Chaz's sister and her boyfriend came over and we ordered pizza, drank Johnnie Walker and played video games.

Sunday
We went to go eat at Chaz's favorite Mexican restaurant La Bamba. He was craving the Chips and Salsa. I'm not much a Mexican food lover except for tacos, but their Palomilla steak was good. Still nothing like a Cuban Palomilla steak though. After, we went to Barnes & Noble and I bought Nicholas Sparks newest novel See Me. I literally only read the prologue and I was hooked. Went home, and we played more video games the rest of the day.

See a laid back relaxing weekend. We needed it because the next 3 weekends are going to be filled with parties and craziness. My mom turns 50 next weekend and we're throwing her a few fun parties. The weekend after that is Halloween, and the weekend after that is our Cruise.

Was your weekend just as slack as mine? I'm joining in on the fun over at Bianas Page ♥

14 October 2015

I confess.

I confess that I am going on a cruise in less than 23 days!!

I confess that I am beyond exited.

I confess that by November 5th (Cruise Day) you will be annoyed with all my cruise posts.

I confess that it is 9 am in the morning and my stomach is already grumbling for food. I am such a fat ass.

I confess that I was extremely surprised and really happy when Chaz came over and surprised me at 11:45 pm on Monday ♥

I confess that the surprise was perfect but would've been just a percentage better if he would've shown up with junk food, but I'm not complaining. Beggars can't be choosers.

I confess that it annoys me when bloggers don't have a follow me widget. Sure I can follow you by email, but i'd rather have have you on my actual blogger feed.

I confess that it also annoys me when bloggers don't acknowledge you back after you leave such a nice comment or you follow their blog. It's called nice blogger etiquette. -.-

I confess that this weekend is Octoberfest in Ft. Lauderdale and I plan on getting wasted on beer and fat on some German Food.

I confess that I have not seen one episode of Hawaii Five-O or Once upon a time because I am so wrapped up in the Greys Anatomy Seasons on Netflix. I am a terrible fan. They are all being DVRd at the moment, so at least I can always go back and watch them.

I confess that I look both ways when I cross one way streets.

I confess that I use to love going out every night of the week, but now I would rather just be lazy in bed with Netflix.

I confess that I have some cute Sticker ideas coming up for Freebie Fridays!

I confess that I am running out of things to confess about.

Happy Hump Day ♥

I am linking up with Plucky in Love. You should join in on the fun!

12 October 2015

Country Concerts, Babies, and Cracking Bones Oh my.

I really didn't do much this weekend. I was very lazy. Stayed in bed and watched Netflix. I'm starting to realize that's how pretty much all my weekends are. Some of you might think, wow she is so boring, but I think, wow life is awesome lol. I did bake a cake. A S'mores cake at that. Ouu did I finally get your attention? You can check out that post here! But before you go and head on over to the S'mores-gasbored of delicious cakes (see what I did there), continue reading below. My week was more entertaining than my weekend.

Wednesday
I hung out with my best friend. My best friend Stephanie and I have girlfriend dates once a week. Which means we either go over each others house and play Sims or go out for dinner & drinks once a week. We've been doing this once a week every week for the last 3 months or so. It's heaven sent. Now that she's married, I don't get to see her as often and sleepovers are out of the question. So date nights with her are always treasured

Thursday
Cale Dodds and Canaan Smith were at round up on Thursday. Yes, I was front row at a Canaan Smith Concert. He is the really cute scruffy looking country singer that sings "Love you like that".

Yes, him. He is so much cuter in person. I went with friends and I had a blast. I also got to see my favorite up and coming Country Singer. Cale Dodds. If you don't know who he is, ya'll need to check him out. He is great to look at, has such an awesome singing voice and did I mention he was really great to look at?

I wish I could remember what this group was called. I searched everywhere and I still can't remember their name. They were so good. I'll keep you updated once it comes to me because I know they will make it big. They were that talented.

I met Cale Dodds for the first time last year. He is a really great performer and his music is really good too. He took my go pro on stage last year, and this year he took my friends. She was so excited. He also gave her his guitar pick. She was in love at first sight!

(left) Last year / (right) This year

Canaan Smith was the headliner. He came up next! We were front row and it was awesome!

Saturday
I didn't do anything Friday. Chaz worked late. I went over his house and we knocked out by 11pm. Saturday morning we woke up really early. We had a chiropractic appointment. Chaz gets adjusted all the time but it was my first time. I was freaking out because one wrong crack of the neck and I am caput. Dead. To my surprise it was very relaxing and kind of like a massage but not really. I would go again just because I felt so at ease after. It was a great feeling.

Remember the baby shower I went to a few weeks ago? Matt and Ally? Well Baby D came a little early. Born at 10lbs, he was a big baby preemie. But he is adorable. He was in the NNICU so I wasn't able to see him but we hung out at the hospital to keep the new mommy and daddy company. It ended up turning into a little get together because everyone came over. It was fun! Chaz as usual being his silly self started playing with the hospital bed, and snapchat.

At night we were craving slushies so we went to Sonics at like 12 am and drove around Boyton Beach. It was pretty romantic. Slushies, driving my the beach, seeing all the stars. It was pretty sweet.

and on Sunday I watched Netflix & I baked my delicious S'mores cake. See a pretty laid back weekend. Next weekend Chaz and I are going to October Fest. I am super excited for that!! I linked up with Biana

Happy Monday (:
