What I got for Christmas 2015?

Happy Holidays everyone!! I hope everyone had a very cheerful holiday week and got everything they wanted for Christmas. Things have been a little complicated in my life lately, and not to get too personal or anything, but Christmas this year was not a great one. Let's just say I got everything materialistic that I wanted and the one thing I wanted most that has nothing to do with the wonderful world of materialistic things, I didn't get. At least not right away anyways. After yesterday evening though, things may begin to start looking up. So I am hopeful and I have faith that everything "complicated" in my life will turn out just fine. Fingers crossed ♥

Anyways, in an attempt to help myself realize that even with everything not so wonderful in my life I should still be thankful and feel blessed and to try to add joy and happiness in my life, I thought I would share with you all the great gifts I got from Santa this Christmas. I must have been a good girl, because he did really good this year.

First and foremost, If you have been following along on my blog or twitter you must have noticed my planner obsession. Then you must know the one thing I wanted most in the whole entire world. Then you must have noticed the beauty right smack in the middle of all my wonderful gifts.

Yes, I GOT THE KATE SPADE WELLESLEY PLANNER FOR CHRISTMAS!!!

Chaz bought it for me. He also bought me a Ninja Turtles Raphael (favorite ninja turtle) koozie, and my favorite Oreo cookies. Vanilla is so much better than the original.

My aunt and grandma gave me some $$$. Yes, I am rich now (;

My parents got me a Patriots Candle. The scent is called Island Nector. It smells like the beach and paradise.

They also got me the Elizabeth Arden Eye shadow kit and the Elizabeth Arden Lip Kit. The lip kit came with The Precious Petal Lip Gloss, two lipsticks in the colors Red Door and Breathless, as well as the Dual Ended Lip Pencil in Red Door Red/ Natural. (I plan on doing a beauty review on those colors soon).

My mom got me a Perfume, lotion and body wash from Tommy Hilfiger. Its called Dreaming. It smells heavenly. She also bought me a lotion and fragrance mist from Victoria Secret called Pure Seduction.

Oh and my parents also bought me a teeny tiny blue tooth speaker!! I am so excited about that. The coolest gift they got me this year is a Smart TV. I wasn't even expecting one nor did I ask for one, but I absolutely love it. I can now watch Netflix on TV instead of my little Ipad. YAY!

My aunt also got me some fuzzy slippers and a journal that says Don't Let Anyone Dull Your Sparkle which is really cute. I will definitely be using it.

My sisters really did their best with gifts this year. Kasy got me a whole set of Naked 3 Eyeshadow brushes. Vanessa got me an awesome Saltlife Shirt. I can not wait to put the brushes to use and rock my American Saltlife shirt.

Oh and Vanessa's' Best friend Ashley bought me Bath and Body works Body Cream and perfume called Moonlight path.

I guess I was a good girl this year ♥

What did you all get for Christmas?

My Favorite Etsy Sticker & Planner Shops.

I don't know if you knew but I am a Planner Nerd. I obsess over planners and planner goodies. I spend an unimaginable amount of dinero on things that most people (most people meaning my boyfriend) believe is ridiculous and a waste of money.

But I don't care.

It makes me happy and that's all that matters. With all the Christmas Money that I asked Santa for, I plan (look at me always planning to plan) on splurging a bit on Etsy and buy all my future Kate Spade planner goodies. I already have a cart filled on Etsy with atleast 30 or more items in there. I am so excited and can't wait.

In the meantime, I thought I would share with you some of my favorite Etsy shops. Now to be fair, none of them are in order by favorites, and these are not all of my favorite Planner Shops. These are just the most recent ones that I have been looking at.

What are some of your Favorite Etsy Stores?

Where has all the Planner Peace gone?!

So ladies, the end of 2015 is coming to an end and the new year is coming fast. It's time to stock up on a 2016 planner and I am at a crossroads.

I've pretty much given up on Erin Condren. I love the life planner, but until they come up with smaller sizes I don't see myself purchasing another. I love the size and the amount of space, but I am left with many blank spaces and a painful shoulder from carrying it my purse all day. On top of the fact that my past ordering experiences with Erin Condren have not been smooth. The first time I ordered they didn't send me a few of the products that I paid for. (I still have yet to receive them and they still have yet to respond to my customer service email) and the 2nd time I ordered a life planner, I paid for super fast delivery, It still took them 3 weeks to send it to me. I understand that it takes a while to personalize and get the planners ready but if I pay an extra $30 to recieve it quicker, I expect to get it quicker. Not the same amount of time as no priority. Don't get me wrong, I would always reccomend Erin Condren because I still love all her products, but It's just not for me anymore. So goodbye Erin Condren.

Now I'm stuck with no planner.

Or so I thought. At least up until a week ago.

Last month a good friend of mine who is another planner groupie was raving about the Kate Spade Wellesley Planners. She mentioned it to me but I was so wrapped up with Erin that I didn't think a second thought about it. Last week she posted up an instagram photo of her rose gold one and I immediately got hooked. I remember she told me that her husband bought her a color of each, so i slightly mentioned to her that I wanted one! I was two late. She sold the black one 2 weeks before. So now I am on the hunt for my Kate Spade Wellesley.

The only place to find them is by buying them online from a second party, either from ebay, amazon, or the facebook groups. You can not find them at the Kate Spade stores or outlet (unless you are the luckiest person alive) and you can not find them on her website. I just don't understand. With how high in demand these Zipper planners are, you think Kate Spade would always keep them stocked and easy to purchase just like her regular agendas.

On the sad side, people are selling them at ridiculous amounts. A beautiful Red Wellesley is going for $500 on ebay. I've even seen them up to $1000. I love planners and I am a planner addict as much as the next lady, but no way in my right or wrong mind would I ever cough up that much cash for a planner. No matter how absolutely perfect it is.

So I'm waiting for after christmas to see if the ebay prices go down as well as crossing my finger that someone loves me enough to spend that ridiculous amount of money on me.

I have already done as much obsessing and as much research as any normal planner girl should do on any planner. The minute I buy my planner, I am buying all the cute little inserts and planner goodies my little heart desires. Etsy is going to love me by the time they take all my money!!

I hope I know that once I have this planner I will finally be at planner peace mode.

I need it to be.

Happy Holidays ♥

Chilly Cheese Dip

This past weekend was the Aldo vs. Mcgregor UFC fight. (Mcgreggor whooped ass btw) Chaz threw an awesome watch party at his house. Everyone brought booze or something to snack on. I brought my aunts famous Chilly dip. There were other dip sauces at the party, but mine was a huge hit. It was gone within the first hour. Since it was such a success with all our friends, I thought I should share it with you all. This way you can bake something quick and easy, and get as many compliments as I did lol. This dip is not only perfect for sporting parties and events but it's even great for a fancy style party as well. It's Absolutely delicious!!

**This amount probably serves a party of 8 to 12. **

Ingredients:
  • Hormel Chilly No Beans (2 cans)
  • Shredded Mexican or Italian Four Cheese (2 packs)
  • Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese (2 packs)
  • Tostitos Scoops (any Tortilla chip will do fine)
Materials:
  • Disposable Aluminum Foil Pan
  • Oven
Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°.

2. Spread Cream Cheese packs evenly throughout the pan. Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature to make it easier to spread. If not place in microwave for 10 to 15 seconds to soften.

3. Once cream cheese is evenly spread. Spread both cans of Chilly evenly over the cream cheese.

4. Once Chilly is spread evenly, it's time to go shredded cheese crazy. I used two different four cheeses pack. One Mexican and one Italian. You can use whichever cheese you would like and however much you want. Just make sure to use shredded so it can be evenly dispensed through out the whole pan.

5. Place in oven set at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until all the cheese is melted and the sides are a nice golden brown. Make sure to keep an eye on it. All ovens are different. Some bake faster than others. You do not want the cheese to burn.

6. Once the cheese is melted and the pan is taken out, let the dip cool off for a few minutes. You don't want to burn your tongue.

7. Grab your favorite tortilla chip and dip, dip, dip.

ENJOY ♥

*For a little extra flavor, you can always add a side of Sour Cream dip to mix in there. I'm not a big fan, but my little sister loves it**

10 Things to do this Christmas Season.

Happy Holidays

With only 15 days left until Christmas, there's not much time left for all the Holiday and Christmas cheer of 2015! I got the idea of some what of a Christmas To-Do list from Simply Love! Nelle made an amazing list of some fun things to do during the Holidays and I thought I could share some of the fun things that I plan on doing this December. I will be doing most, if not everything on this list so stay updated for a post with pictures of me trying to complete my Christmas To-Do list ♥

1. Decorate your own Christmas Wreath.

I've never made one before but I've seen so many do it yourself posts that I have been dreaming to make one of my own. You can go on Pinterest and find hundreds and thousands of awesome DIY Wreaths. I'm planning on doing an ornament style wreath, but they have all different kinds. I saw a wreath made out of Christmas ribbons and another made out of bows. They also have a ton of different DIY Christmas decorations.

2. Bake hundreds of Christmas Cookies.

It's not officially Christmas time until you do some holiday baking. I love making Christmas cookies. The house smells of vanilla and gingerbread and the holidays. It's also a great activity that the whole family can do together. My favorite part is sneaking away some cookie dough and stuffing my face with it LOL.

3. Go see How the Grinch Stole Christmas Musical (South Florida).

The "How The Grinch Stole Christmas Musical" is coming to town!! How the Grinch Stole Christmas is a classic Christmas movie that you HAVE TO HAVE TO HAVE TO see. Can you believe that the musical is coming to South Florida?! I am so excited. I love musicals and I haven't gone to one in years.

4. Create a Holiday Playlist to jam out to all month long.
You can't have Christmas morning without Christmas songs to open presents to. You can't drive around the neighborhood and see all the lights without Christmas songs to sing along too. You can't do anything Christmasy without Christmas music. Stay tuned for a later post on my full Christmas Playlist (:

5. Buy matching Christmas Onesies and take Christmas Photos.

Shhh. DO NOT TELL CHAZ, but we are going to do this for a Christmas photo. This weekend, as bob as my witness, I am going to search long and hard for matching Christmas Onesies. I saw a few at Target and Walmart. I think this is what I am most excited for this entire Holiday Season!!! YAY!

6. Build a Bonfire and have a S'mores night!

My uncle has a bonfire spot in his backyard. We don't get to you use it very often. It's always hotter than the sun down here. The coldest it's been all winter is in the 60s and that was only three days. I still want to sit by the fire and burn some marshmallows though. Just imagining it being a little chilly outside, sitting by the fire surrounded by family, listening and singing along to Christmas songs, and cuddling with Chaz sounds like the absolute perfect Holiday moment ♥

7. Spend a whole Sunday and ONLY watch Christmas Movies! (Home Alone Trilogy, A Christmas Movie, It's a Beautiful Life, The Santa Clause Trilogy, Elf, Etc.

I'm a Sunday stay in bed all day cuddled with my boyfriend Binge Movie watcher anyways. I practically do it 3 Sundays out of the month. Adding Christmas movies to the mix is just a wonderful bonus. Don't forget to have the Christmas cookies and hot chocolate right next to you. Ohhhh and obviously ORDER PIZZA. It's the only way to do it.

8. Go and take a Picture with Santa!

You're never too old to take a picture with Santa. I mean look at these guys!!!

9. Throw or attend an Ugly Christmas Sweater Party!

Have you ever been to an Ugly Christmas Sweater Party? I went to my first one last year and I had a blast. Everyone wears the funniest & ugliest sweaters you will ever see in your life!! I already have an ugly sweater from last year but I am contemplating buying a new one just to start a collection lol.

10. Kiss the Person you love under a Mistletoe.

I've never been kissed under a mistletoe. In fact, I have never even seen one. This is definitely on my bucket list before the year ends!! Chaz get your lips ready *smooches*

Now go and get your Christmas on

A Lookback at my relationship through instagram.

Three days ago, Chaz and I made it to the 10 month mark in our relationship. I know it's not a lot, but it honestly is. We're two months away from being together for a whole year. With relationships in this generation that is a long time. In the short amount of 10 months that we have been together we have been through quite a few obstacles and we've stayed strong.

I am so happy and in love and wanted to gloat and feel good about. So what better way to gloat than by the way we met. On instagram ♥
