A lot of these dates are things that Chaz and I love to do or things that we would love to do. What are some other Date Ideas that I forgot to add? Check back to this post every now and then. I will update as often as I can.

My Planner Story.

I have a problem. A serious issue. I am a planner addict. I live, breathe, sleep planners. My planner is my bible, my journal, my life. A SERIOUS PROBLEM. I have been a planner addict since I can remember. I'm talking elementary school remembrance. I have spent countless amounts of Money on planners/organizers/agendas and even more ridiculous amounts of money on supplies & stickers for my planner habit. Yes, I have a problem.

The current planner that I am captivated by and have been obsessed with for quite some time is the Erin Condren Life Planner. I chose the E-Sea life planner because as you all know I am obsessed with the ocean. This is my 2nd year using the Life planner. I first used the EC life planner back in 2012 before #planneraddicts was ever really a thing and I thought I was the only one who was obsessed. I didn't know there was a whole world of other planner addicts like me.

Honestly one of my favorite Hashtags to spend hours looking at is #PlannerAddicts. In fact, I can waste spend my days just looking through all and any planner hashtags. It's planner heaven!

I took a short break from using the Erin Condren life planner after 2013. My schedule was hectic and I wanted something smaller, easy to carry around. and a planner that didn't need as much attention. I began using the Paperblanks Day Planner line. I loved the sophistication and tininess of the planners. They had a variety of sizes and even larger varieties of colorful covers.

The first planner from the Paperblank line that I used was the 2013 - 2014 Week at a Time Planner Mini in Filigree Floral Ivory. It was small and could pretty much fit in my pocket. I loved it. I loved the design and how it barely took up any space in my purse. But like any true Planner lady, I got frustrated with the limited amount of space. I then went on the hunt for the same class but something bigger.

The second planner that I used for 2014 - 2015 (or at least the first 2 months) was from the Paperblanks  Laurel Burch Whimsical Creations line. I used the Ocean Song in Midi. It's the exact same style as my first Paperblank planner on the inside but slightly larger than the mini and had more space to write in. Plus it had a beautiful mermaid in the front.

Again, like any normal Planner enthusiast. I was missing my overly large planners with extra space and the will to decorate instead of being so fancy (and boring). In early February, I saw an Erin Condren Life Planner ad, and at 2 in the morning, my impulsive planner brain purchased the 2015 life planner. I am planning and decorating and organizing and obsessing like never before.

This is the spread from last week. See all the decorating and washi tape love?! I think I'm going to be sticking to Erin Condren Life Planners for a while. There is so much space and so many different ways to decorate these planners. I've even already asked Chaz for the 2016 Life planner (Life in Little Squares) for Christmas.

Are you as much of a planner fanatic as me? What planner are you using at the moment if you are? I'm going to be posting a lot more about planners and stuff so stick around my little blog space.

For the love of the game.

I am a huge baseball fan. Every Monday my guy friends get together and play in this softball tournament. It's not baseball, but it's close. Plus it's on a baseball field. I take as many pictures as I can. A lot of these may seem the same, but they were all taken on different days at different games. Enjoy ♥

Out of all of these the Black and White photo is my favorite...

There's just something about the smell of Baseball. There's something about the sound of a bat hitting a ball, or the sound of a ball coming in contact with the glove. There's just something about the players talking smack to the other team "YOU PLAY BALL LIKE A GIRL" (Sandlot is my favorite movie). There's just something about Americas Sport. There's just something about Baseball

Swapoween is Coming.

Only 47 Days until Halloween!!

Are you as excited as I am? I love Halloween, but I am terrified of all things scary. I don't have a clue on how that works, but it's true. I guess I like the kiddie version of Halloween. With all the candy and the costumes and the not so scary children movies (yeah definitely the kiddie version). I am even more excited about Halloween this year because I am joining up with the ladies over at Chaotic Goddess Swaps! I joined up with them a few years ago for their Christmas Swap and it was so much fun, so figured I would join up again for Halloween!! You should go join up too!

Hope you guys Join in on the fun

Weekend Recap: Video Games & A Baby Shower.

My boyfriend and I have been sick and having cough attacks for the last week or so. We basically did nothing but go to a baby shower all weekend. It was a nice relaxing weekend minus the coughing and the runny noses.

Friday:
Friday after work, I went and pampered myself a little. I got my eyebrows and my toes did. I was beginning to look like I belonged in one of those children's books about the scary but not so scary monsters that were hairy and had claws for nails lol. Chaz worked until late that night so I surprised him at his job with a snack and kept him company for a while. When he got out of work we went back to his place and played NBA 2k13 pretty much all night. He whooped my ass and lets just say I was a sore loser.

Saturday:

Saturday was Chaz's really close friends Matt and Ally's baby shower. It was a lot of fun. The decorations were amazing. Ally's bestfriends set up and planned the whole thing, and I am definitely hiring them for any future festivities that I throw.

We hung out with everyone at the baby shower until later on that night. After the baby shower we went home and played some more 2K13. I believe I finally won 1 game out of the 50 that Chaz and I played. I didn't let him live it down!

Sunday:
Sunday was the laziest day of all and it was awesome. We didn't get out of bed until almost 2 pm. I ate my favorite sub at the best Hoagie place in the entire universe! LASPADAS ♥ It's heaven in a sandwich. After that we went window shopping and Chaz ended up buying some really nice shoes for the low low $. Isn't he a cutie?

After that we went to the movies. We saw The Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials. It was good. I preferred the first one more. SPOILER ALERT: If I would have known that this movie was about Zombies, and If I would have known that I would go through a three year process or longer to watch the whole movie, I would've never watched it. First Zombies scare the crap out of me and second the movie ends mid way so now we have to wait until part 3 -.-

After the movies we went home and take a while guess? Played some more video games. Chaz found this 2 player fighting one and it was pretty bad ass. I won the first round and he won the second. We came to the conclusion that we are both the same. We hate losing, especially to each other lol.

Hope your weekend was just as nice as mine ♥

18 September 2015

It's Fri-YAY ♥

Happy freaking FriYAY!! Doesn't it feel good to think that the weekend is here?! After 5pm and I am free for the next two days. Finally. Even though this week wasn't at all as crazy or even close to as busy as I believed it was going to be, I felt as if it dragged on. I'm glad I didn't have anything hectic going on though. It was pretty laid back and lazy and exactly how I wish my days of living to always be. Netflix and my comfy bed? Perfect! A few days working out my muscles and trying to get sexy?! I'll take it. Overall a chill week, but I am extremely happy that this week is over! It's weekend time. Time for some fun and relaxation.

I haven't done a link up in forever and a day, so I thought it would be cool to join in on the fun at Amanda @ Meet The Barre! You should join in too! Plus it's a great way to meet new bloggers

Favorite Song

I am currently obsessing over Hilary Duffs newest song My Kind.

Favorite Recipe

Pizza Dip! I am definitely trying it this weekend. Plus my boyfriend is Gluten Free everything so no crust means it’s naturally gluten-free dip!

8 ounces brick-style cream cheese, very well-softened (lite is okay)
1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese, divided (3/4 cup + 3/4 cup)
1 cup finely grated parmesan cheese, divided (1/2 cup + 1/2 cup)
1 heaping cup pizza sauce (or your favorite marinara or red sauce)
about 15 pepperoni slices, or as needed to cover surface of pie dish
Serving Suggestions - toasted French bread or baugettes, breadsticks, garlic toasts, pita chips, bagel chips, crackers, or eat by the spoonful

Just wait for a future Post. It will definitely be coming soon!!

Favorite Workout

Like I stated earlier, I went to the gym a few times this week. I learned how to work out my arms and back thanks to my sexy gym junkie boyfriend who trained me and worked out legs. I must say that after working out my arms with Chaz, I might not hate arm day as much as I thought I would.

Favorite Purchase

Hobby Lobby always has sales and coupons floating around. This week I found another 40% off coupon. I immediately went to Hobby Lobby, and purchased cute Halloween Stickers and decorative paper for my Erin Condren Life planner because you know you can never have enough. Never!

Favorite Funny

I am Cuban. There is this hilarious guy on Instagram. He goes by Mr. Red! He does a lot of funny Skits making fun of Cuban shit people do. A lot of you may not understand it, but if you understand Spanish and are latin you will get a lot of his skits.

Ok now it's your turn for you Friday Favorites!

Have an awesome weekend xoxo ♥

A little throwback & a transformation.

I guess some things just never change. These are two of my closest friends Amanda & Osuni. They are honestly two of the coolest chicks and I am proud to say they are more like sisters. No one is perfect and we had a falling out a time or two, but we always end up coming back to each other. True friends right here!! The first two pictures were taken at Amandas boyfriends 21st Birthday back in 2012. The last two pictures were taken recently last weekend at Osuni's husbands 24th Birthday. Over a 3 year difference and we still take the same silly picture that we always do. Do you notice any transformations too? The hairs? The camera quality? Both these pictures are great memories that remind us of the awesome times we have and the even more awesome times we are going to continue to have!

I love these girls and a fun little throwback was due ♥

16 September 2015

Now you know too much about me.

I’ve seen this blog post a time or two floating around and I thought it’s about time for a little about me post. So I may or many not have stolen it from Robyn @ Living Colorfully.

Five things I'll be doing over the next week (even though we are halfway done with the week already. Weekend where you at?)
1. Tonight I am having a girls night with my friend Ody. We are going to Cowboys. It’s a country bar and they line dance and stuff. I am really excited!

2. Saturday, Chaz and I are going to one of his really close friends Baby shower. Matt and Ally! I am especially excited about this because I haven’t seen them in a while and they are truly fun to hang out with!
3. I still have to go buy Baby Dawson his baby shower present. (Shh don’t tell Ally)
4. I need to finish decorating this weeks Life Planner page. I have been procrastinating a bit on it.
5. I plan on getting pampered on Friday. I need to wax these hairy wolfman eyebrows and get my nails did. I need it.

Four things I need to purchase
1. Everything in Hobby Lobby. Everything.
2. A winning lots of money lottery ticket.
3. Ipsy glam bag. I don’t know why I stopped purchasing them in the first place.

4. A mermaids tail with a pet Sea Turtle.

Three shows I can't wait to come back into my life (this is honestly my favorite category of the whole questionnaire)
1. Hawaii Five-O. I literally watched all 5 seasons on Netflix and CBS online in less than 2 weeks just so I would be caught up and ready for Season 6 on September 25 @ 9pm.

2. Once Upon a Time. September 27 8pm. Hello. The greatest show on the face of this universe. I can’t wait to see how Evil Emma Swan is going to be. I know this season is going to be good.

3. Greys Anatomy. Season 12. September 24 8pm. Without McDreamy?! Why? But I am excited!

Two reasons I'm excited for fall
1. All the Halloween movies. Transylvania 2 anyone?
2. I live in South Florida so even in the fall it is still summer for us. I’m still rocking my boots, leggings and long sleeve shirts. Comfy yet adorable.

One thing that is currently bothering me
I am happy with my life, but I wish I was doing more. I’m bothered that I still haven’t finished school and That I’m still getting paid as little as I am. I’m bothered that I haven’t traveled once this year and I am bothered that I feel I am in a little bit of a rut. I am extremely happy with my family and my boyfriend and my health. But I am a little bothered by all that other stuff.
